Scooby MastersNow a full time four legged member of the CEPD office staff, Scooby first came to Captiva as a member of the construction crew that built the terminal groin at Redfish Pass in 2005. A veteran of many Corps of Engineers rock jobs, Scooby chose to eschew the long hours and grueling temperatures of construction work for semi-retirement on Captiva as the Head of Security for the CEPD office.
